the settlement date of Monday 31 August 2020.
Effective Wednesday 26 August 2020:
A capital repayment will be applied to PSG Group to reflect the value of the distribution, overall the Ex
Date will be market capitalisation neutral.
PSG Group will not be subject to re-evaluation and will remain in the same indexes as prior to the
event, in accordance with the treatment of Stock Distributions.
