BISGL - Update on the Availability of he issuer’s Integrated Report and the Guarantors’ Annual Financial Statements Super Group Limited (Incorporated in the Republic of South Africa) (Registration No. 1943/016107/06) Debt company code: BISGL LEI: 378900A8FDADE26AD654 (“Super Group” or the “Issuer”) UPDATE ON THE AVAILABILITY OF THE ISSUER’S INTEGRATED REPORT AND THE GUARANTORS’ ANNUAL FINANCIAL STATEMENTS Noteholders are referred to the market notice issued by the Financial Services Conduct Authority (“FSCA”) on 7 July 2020, wherein the FSCA granted companies with debt listed on the Interest Rate Market of the JSE Limited (“JSE”) (the “Interest Rate Market”) and who have financial year ends of 31 May 2020, 30 June 2020 and 31 July 2020, an extension of two months by which to comply with the various reporting timeframes as provided for in the Debt Listings Requirements (the “FSCA Extension”). The JSE Debt Listings Requirements (the “Requirements”) requires that the Audited Annual Financial Statements (the “Financials”), including King IVTM disclosure, of the Issuer be submitted to the JSE and a notice of availability announcement be released within four months after the Issuer’s financial year end. The Issuer’s King IVTM disclosure is contained within the Integrated Report, which is due to be published on or about 13 November 2020. The Requirements also require that the Financials of the guarantors to the ZAR5,000,000,000.00 Domestic Medium Term Note Programme, be submitted to the JSE and a notice of availability announcement to be released within four months after the guarantors' financial year end. The guarantors’ Financials will be available on or about 15 December 2020.
