LATE SUBMISSION OF AUDITED INTERIM FINANCIAL STATEMENT ("INTERIM REPORT")


The Johannesburg Stock Exchange (“JSE”) wishes to advise that the above mentioned company has
failed to submit their interim report for the 12 months ended 31 March 2020 as required by the
provisions of paragraph 3.15 of the JSE's Listings Requirements within the stipulated three-month
period together with the with the one-month period afforded under “FSCA COMMUNICATION 27 OF
2020 (FM) – Supervision” dated 29 May 2020.


Pursuant to paragraph 3.17 of the Requirements the Company has made submissions to the JSE in
respect of its failure to submit the interim report timeously and to show cause why the suspension of
the listing of the Company should not be effected on 1 September 2020. Having carefully considered
all the facts and information at the disposal of the JSE, including the reasons provided by the Company
the JSE has decided to accede to the Company’s request not to suspend Trustco’s listing.


The Company has confirmed that, due to (i) the impact of the restrictions imposed as a result of the
COVID-19 lockdown regulations on the ability of auditors to perform audits, (ii) the audit of the interim
report requiring more resources and time to complete and (iii) the length of time required to appoint
an accredited audit firm with the resignation of Moore Johannesburg on 23 March 2020 and the
appointment of Nexia SAB&T Chartered Accountants on 7 July 2020, its audited interim report will be
issued on or before 30 September 2020.
