CHANGE TO DIRECTOR RESPONSIBILITIES

Shareholders are advised, in accordance with the provisions of paragraph
3.59 of the JSE Listings Requirements, that the Board has appointed
Ms Siobhan Cleary to fill a vacancy on the Group Audit Committee, with
effect from 6 August 2020.

Ms Cleary is an independent non-executive director of the JSE, and was
elected to the Board by shareholders at the annual general meeting held on
25 June 2020. She also serves on the Group Social and Ethics Committee and
the Group SRO Oversight Committee of the Board.

Ms Cleary has extensive experience in strategy development, public policy
and sustainability within capital markets, both internationally and in South
Africa.

Siobhan holds BA and LLB degrees from the University of Cape Town, an MBA
also from UCT, an MA in International Relations and Economics from John
Hopkins University and is a Yale World Fellow of 2011 (a fellowship
programme at Yale University).
