FURTHER EXTENSION TO THE LUXE FINANCIAL REPORTING PERIOD

Shareholders are referred to the announcement published on SENS on 13 May 2020,
informing the market that the Company intended to publish its provisional financial results for
the year-ended 29 February 2020 (“Provisional Results”) prior to the end of July 2020.

Shareholders are hereby advised that, due to the disruptions caused by COVID-19 and the
resultant national lockdown, the JSE has granted Luxe a one-month extension to finalise and
publish the Provisional Results and distribute the notice of annual general meeting
(“Notice of AGM”) and annual financial statements for the year-ended 29 February 2020
(“AFS”) to shareholders.

Accordingly, the Provisional Results will be published as soon as practically possible, but by
no later than Monday, 31 August 2020, and the Notice of AGM and AFS will be distributed to
shareholders by no later than Wednesday, 30 September 2020.
