Integrated report

Further to Delta's reviewed provisional condensed consolidated results for the year ended
29 February 2020, published on SENS on 15 June 2020 (the “Published Financial Information”), the
integrated annual report was distributed to shareholders on Wednesday, 22 July 2020 and is available
on the Company’s website at,

The integrated annual report and auditor’s report contain no changes to the Published Financial
Information.

Annual general meeting

The annual general meeting of shareholders of Delta will be held in the boardroom at the Company’s
registered office, Silver Stream Office Park, 10 Muswell Road South, Bryanston, on Monday,
31 August 2020, at 10:00, to transact the business as stated in the notice of the annual general
meeting forming part of the integrated report.

The last day to trade and the record date, in terms of the Companies Act, 71 of 2008, for shareholders
to be recorded on the securities register of Delta in order to be able to attend, participate and vote at
the annual general meeting is Tuesday, 18 August 2020 and Friday, 21 August 2020 respectively.
