TRADING STATEMENT

In terms of paragraph 3.4 (b) of the Listings Requirements of the JSE Limited,
companies are required to publish a trading statement as soon as they are satisfied that
there is a reasonable degree of certainty that the financial results for the next reporting
period will differ by more than 20% from those of the previous corresponding period.

Headline earnings per share for the year ended 31 March 2020 are expected to be
between 121.0 and 141.9 cents per share, representing an increase of between 15.9%
and 35.9% compared to the headline earnings per share of 104.4 cents reported for the
previous corresponding period.

Earnings per share for the year ended 31 March 2020 are expected to be between
118.7 and 138.9 cents per share, representing an increase of between 17.2% and
37.2% compared to the earnings per share of 101.2 cents reported for the previous
corresponding period.

The above information has not been reviewed or reported on by the company’s external
auditors. It is anticipated that the audited results for the year ended 31 March 2020 are
to be published on SENS on or about 7 August 2020.
