NOTICE TO NOTEHOLDERS REGARDING THE RELEASE OF A VOLUNTARY UPDATE RELATING TO THE
IMPACT OF COVID-19 AND SUBSEQUENT TRADING UPDATE AND STATEMENT

Noteholders are referred to the announcements released by the Company on the JSE Limited’s Stock
Exchange News Service (“SENS”) on:
    • 8 April 2020, in respect of a voluntary update relating to the impact of the COVID 19 pandemic
      on Super Group; and
    • 25 June 2020; in respect of a subsequent trading update for the eleven months to 31 May
      2020 and a trading statement, (collectively the “Announcements”).

The Announcements were released to provide security holders with an update on the business
performance of the Company. Noteholders are advised to refer to the Announcements for full details
in this regard.
