DELIVERY OF THE INTEGRATED ANNUAL REPORT

The Company advises shareholders that the postal delivery of the 2019 integrated annual report has
been impacted by the COVID-19 pandemic. The integrated annual report is, however, available for
inspection at HomeChoice Mauritius, Level 2, Maurice Publicité, Ogilvy & Mather House, Inova Riche
Terre Business Park, Riche Terre, Mauritius during business hours and is also available on the
Company’s website: https://www.homechoiceinternational.com/shareholder-circulars/.

For the purposes of approving the integrated annual report at the annual general meeting to be held on
29 June 2020, shareholders are requested to waive physical delivery of the integrated annual report by
completing the consent to waiver form on our website at
https://www.homechoiceinternational.com/shareholder-circulars/. Shareholders may also email
governance@homechoiceinternational.com to request an electronic copy of the integrated annual report.
