The Issuer wishes to advise noteholders that the tabling of the 2020-2021 national budget (“National Budget”)
will take place today, 27 May 2020 at 14h30.

The National Budget is available for inspection at the registered office of the Issuer and will be made available
on the following website https://mof.gov.na/budget .
