Noteholders are advised that the interim results for the six months ended 29 February 2020 (the “interims”) of
enX Group Limited (“enX Group”), a Guarantor to the Issuer’s Domestic Medium Term Note Programme, are
available for inspection at enX’s registered office.

The interim results of enX Group have also been made available on their website at
