Notice is hereby given that the 3 month JIBAR rate as at 22 May 2020 is 4.083% p.a. (“JIBAR”).

Accordingly, the next interest payment, payable on 24 August 2020 (Following Business Day*), for
the period 22 May 2020 to 23 August 2020, will be calculated based on a rate of 5.733% p.a. (165
bps over JIBAR).

* When the interest payment date falls on a non-business day, such interest payment will be paid 
  on the first business day after the weekend or public holiday.

Next reset date: 24 August 2020.
