Annual Financial Statements Publication Update
Noteholders are referred to the market notice issued by the
Financial Sector Conduct Authority (“FSCA”) on the 3rd of April
2020 with the subject ‘IMPACT OF COVID-19 ON COMPLIANCE WITH
VARIOUS REQUIREMENTS OF THE FINANCIAL MARKETS ACT, 2012, (ACT
NO. 19 OF 2012) (“FMA”)’.
The FSCA granted a two-month extension for compliance with the
timeframe to publish the audited annual financial statements,
contained in the JSE Debt Listing Requirements.
Due to a delay in the regular operational procedures as a
result of the COVID-19 pandemic, noteholders are hereby
advised that the Issuer will be relying on the two-month
extension. The Issuer’s Audited Annual Financial Statements
for the year ended 2019 will be made available by 30 June
2020.
A SENS will be released as soon as these have been published.
