NOTIFICATION OF AN EXTENSION TO THE FINAL REDEMPTION DATE

In accordance with the terms and conditions of enX’s ZAR 4 000 000 000.00 Domestic Medium Term Note
Programme dated 7 May 2018 and the applicable pricing supplement, noteholders of the ENX04 notes
(“Notes”) are herewith advised that the Issuer has exercised its option to extend the Final Redemption Date
of the Notes for a period of two years to 1 May 2022.
