RESIGNATION OF ACTING CHIEF FINANCIAL OFFICER


Accentuate shareholders (“Shareholders”) are referred to SENS announcement dated 2
December 2019 wherein they were advised that Mr Maarten Coetzee’s contract with the
Company has been terminated with effect from 29 November 2019 and the Group Financial
Manager, Mr Desigan Moodley CA(SA) would act as Chief Financial Officer. Shareholders are
subsequently advised that Mr Moodley has resigned with effect from 28 February 2020.


Mr Wisdom Mushohwe CA(SA) will assume the role of Chief Financial Officer with effect from 28
February 2020, until such a time as a permanent appointment is made. Wisdom is a Chartered
Accountant (SA) and Certified Public Accountant (CPA - USA). He joined the Accéntuate Group in
2018 as the Financial Director of Floorworx Africa (Pty) Ltd, the biggest subsidiary in the Group.
Mr Mushohwe has extensive financial and audit experience in the public and private sector in
different industries over 14 years.


The Board would like to thank Mr Moodley for his contributions and wish him well for the future.
