AFRICA TOP 40 INDEX

Holders of the BNP Warrants relating to the FTSE/JSE Africa Top 40 Index due
3 January 2020 (the Warrants) are hereby advised that the final payment amount
to be paid on Friday, 3 January 2020 (the Payment Date), will be ZAR 0.17438
for each ZAR 1 of nominal amount.

In this instance, and as set out in the ZA089 Pricing Supplement, holders of the
Warrants are hereby advised of the salient dates relating to this payment as
follows:
