EXTENSION OF POSTAGE OF THE COMBINED MANDATORY OFFER CIRCULAR Shareholders are referred to paragraph 8 of the FIA relating to the postage of the combined mandatory offer circular (“the Circular”). Due to the fact that all regulatory approvals will not be received by the end of 2019, an extension to post the Circular has been received from the TRP. Shareholders are therefore advised that it is anticipated that the Circular will be mailed to shareholders on or before 20 January 2020.
