ISSUE OF IBL134 SENIOR UNSECURED FLOATING RATE NOTES (“IBL134 NOTES”)

Application has been made to the JSE Limited (“JSE”) for the listing of R200 000 000 (Two
Hundred Million Rand) senior unsecured floating rate Notes (stock code IBL134), under
Investec Bank Limited’s Domestic Medium Term Note and Preference Share Programme
dated 10 December 2018.

The IBL134 Notes will be issued to Noteholders on the date of listing being 5 December
2019 with effect from commencement of trade.
