TAP ISSUE OF IBL133 SENIOR UNSECURED FLOATING RATE NOTES (“IBL133
NOTES”)

Application has been made to the JSE Limited (“JSE”) for the listing of ZAR300 000 000
(Three Hundred Million Rand) senior unsecured floating rate Notes (stock code IBL133),
under Investec Bank Limited’s Domestic Medium Term Note and Preference Share
Programme dated 10 December 2018.

The IBL133 Notes will be issued to Noteholders on the date of listing being 4 December
2019 with effect from commencement of trade.
