LATE RELEASE OF YEAR-END FINANCIAL RESULTS

Shareholders are advised that the release of the company’s financial results for the year ended 31 August 2019
will be delayed as a result of delays in the finalisation of the audit opinion by the company’s auditors.

It is anticipated that the company’s results for the year ended 31 August 2019 will be released on or about
3 December 2019.

The company has received approval from the relevant Mauritian authorities to release the company’s results
for the year ended 31 August 2019 on or about 3 December 2019.

New Frontier holds primary listings on the SEM and the Alternative Exchange of the JSE.
