AVAILABILITY OF THE ISSUER’S AND GUARANTOR’S FINANCIAL STATEMENTS FOR THE YEAR ENDED 30 JUNE
2019
In accordance with paragraph 7.4 of the Debt Listings Requirements, noteholders are advised that the Annual
financial statements of the Issuer and the Integrated Report of The Bidvest Group Limited (“the Guarantor”) for
the year ended 30 June 2019 (collectively “the financial statements”), are available for inspection at the
Issuer’s registered office.
The financial statements are available on the Guarantor’s website at https://www.bidvest.co.za/dmtn-cp.php
and https://www.bidvest.co.za/integrated-annual-report-archive.php.
Noteholders are further advised that the audit reports on the financial statements were unqualified, with no
modifications applicable.
Furthermore, the Issuer would like to advise noteholders of the following restatement to the Issuer’s
previously published annual financial statements for the year ended 30 June 2018 (“the previous financials”).
The loan receivable from the Guarantor was erroneously classified as a current asset in the previous financials
and to correct this error, the Issuer has reclassified the loan from current assets to non-current assets. This
restatement had no impact on the Statement of other comprehensive income nor the Statement of cash flows.
