TAP ISSUE OF IBL133 SENIOR UNSECURED FLOATING RATE NOTES (“IBL133
NOTES”)

Application has been made to the JSE Limited (“JSE”) for the listing of ZAR347 000 000
(Three Hundred and Forty Seven Million Rand) senior unsecured floating rate Notes (stock
code IBL133), under Investec Bank Limited’s Domestic Medium Term Note and Preference
Share Programme dated 10 December 2018.

The IBL133 Notes will be issued to Noteholders on the date of listing being 14 October 2019
with effect from commencement of trade.
