EARLY REDEMPTION OF IVC114 SENIOR UNSECURED FLOATING RATE (“IVC114
Notes”)

As at the date hereof, Investec Bank Limited (“the Issuer”) holds all of the IVC114 Notes and
and shall early redeem, cancel and delist the IVC114 Notes pursuant to the terms and
conditions set out in the Issuer’s Credit-Linked Note Programme dated 10 May 2010, as
