Availability of Annual Financial Statements


Pursuant to the JSE Debt Listings Requirements, Noteholders are
advised that the Issuer’s Annual Financial Statements for the year
ended 31 March 2019, have been made available on the Issuer’s
website and may be viewed or downloaded through the following link:
https://www.idc.co.za/financial-results/

Noteholders are also advised that the Issuer’s audit reports were
unqualified and that there were no restatements of the previous
year’s annual financial statements.

The auditors’ report, however contains one matter of a Reportable
Irregularity in terms of section 45 of the Auditing Profession
Act,   2005  (Act   26  of   2005)   (Auditing  Profession   Act)
(“Irregularity”).

The Board has taken swift and decisive steps to address the matter
in line with the Issuer’s internal policies and is currently in
the process of finalising it accordingly.

Full details of the Reportable Irregularity as well as the steps
taken by the Issuer are set out in Note 43 of the Annual Financial
Statements as well as the directors’ report.
