AVAILABILITY OF ANNUAL FINANCIAL STATEMENTS
As per the JSE Debt Listings Requirements, noteholder are
advised that the Issuer’s Annual Financial Statements for the
year ended 31 March 2019, have been made available on the below
website:

Noteholders are also advised that the issuer’s audit reports
were unqualified but that there was a restatement of the
previous year’s annual financial statements, relating to the
incorrect apportionment of the previous year’s loans to group
companies and borrowings between current and non-current
disclosed in the statement of financial position. The
comparative figures relating to the 2018 financial year were
reallocated between current and non-current assets and
liabilities to be consistent with the current period
classifications. This had no impact on the statement of profit
and loss and other comprehensive income for the 2018 financial
year. Full details of the restatements are set out in note 25
of the 2018 AFS.
