DEMAND TO CALL A SHAREHOLDERS MEETING

Shareholders are advised that SA Corporate has received a valid demand (“Demand”) from
Prudential Investment Managers (South Africa) (Pty) Limited (“Prudential”), a major shareholder of
the Company, in terms of section 61(3) of the Companies Act, No 71 of 2008 (the “Companies Act”)
to call an extraordinary general meeting of shareholders (“EGM”) to appoint three additional non-
executive directors to the board of SA Corporate (the “Board”).

The Board is currently addressing this request with Prudential and will abide by its obligations in
terms of the Companies Act and the JSE Limited (“JSE”) Listings Requirements. In this regard, SA
Corporate will issue a notice of EGM within ten business days from receipt of the Demand as
stipulated by the JSE Listings Requirements.

A further announcement will follow as soon as the details of the EGM have been finalised.
