Noteholders are hereby advised that the company’s audited annual financial
statements for the year ended 28 February 2019 have been released. The annual
financial statements of the issuer have been audited by BDO South Africa
Incorporated who have issued an unqualified audit opinion, with no modifications.

In terms of section 7.6 (c) of the Debt Listings Requirements of the JSE Limited,
investors are advised of the following:
1. The company has had a change in accounting policies due to the adoption of
the new and revised standards that are relevant to its operations and effective
for annual reporting periods beginning on 1 March 2018. The adoption of these
new and revised standards and interpretations has not resulted in material
changes to the company's accounting policies. Please refer to note number 23
in the Notes to the Annual Financial Statements for further details.
2. Restatements to previously published annual financial statements have been
included in the financial statements. The company re-assessed transactions
during the year, which resulted in them being interpreted differently in terms
of International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS). Consequently,
adjustments were required, resulting in the restatement of the prior year’s
results as detailed in note 25 of the Annual Financial Statements.
The audited annual financial statements and the auditor’s report thereon are also
available for inspection at the Company’s registered office.
