Availability of the Annual Financial Statements for the year ended 31 December 2018

This is an update to the previous announcement released on the 30th of April 2019 in terms of the
availability of the annual financial statements of the issuer.

Noteholders are hereby advised that the company’s Audited Annual Financial Statements for the
year ended 31 December 2018 has been released. The annual financial statements of the issuer
have been audited by Ernst & Young Inc. who have issued an unqualified audit opinion. This
document can be viewed or downloaded on the administrator’s website at

In terms of section 7.6 (c) of the Debt Listings Requirements of the JSE Limited, investors are
advised that the issuer has restated the previous year’s annual financial statements due to
classification errors which occurred in the prior year. The correction of the misclassifications did
not result in material changes to the 2017 annual financial statements. Please refer to note
number 10 and 11 in the Notes to the Annual Financial Statements as well as to the statement of
cash flows for further details.
