     by Notice No 277 in Government Gazette No 21017 of 24 March 2000 (the Notice of Establishment).
     A Schedule 2 Public Finance Management Act no. 1 of 1999 entity.

     RESIGNATION OF CHIEF FINANCIAL OFFICER

     Noteholders are notified of the following announcement by the Board of TCTA:

     Resignation:

     Ms Halima Nazeer has resigned as the Chief Financial Officer (CFO) of TCTA, with effect from 1 July
     2019.

     Ms Nazeer has been employed by TCTA since November 2001. The board wishes to thank her for her
     valued contribution and her diligence to TCTA during her tenure and wishes her well in her new position
     as Director-General: Finance, Budgeting and Accounting at the New Development Bank Shanghai.

     Interim Arrangements

     In the interim, Johann Claassens, Executive Manager: Project Management and Implementation has
     been appointed to act as CFO with effect from 1 July 2019. Johann is a qualified Chartered Accountant
     and has been with TCTA for more than 15 years with extensive experience in TCTA’s operational
     management. The Board welcomes Johann in this role and looks forward to his continued contribution to
     TCTA.

     Proceedings to appoint a permanent CFO are in process and details will be announced in due course.
