Prospective bondholders are advised that the interim results of Transaction Capital Limited, as Guarantor to
the amended and restated programme memorandum dated 29 January 2019, (“the Guarantor”) for the period
ended 31 March 2019 are available for inspection at the Issuer’s registered office.

The interim results, of the Guarantor, have also been made available on the Guarantor’s website at
