Noteholders are hereby advised that the TUHF Urban Finance quarterly investor report (“the Report”) for
the period ended 30 April 2019 (“the Period”) is available for download from the following website:

Save as set out on page 10 of the Report which states (and using the terms defined in the TUHF Urban
Finance (RF) Limited ZAR2,000,000,000 Mortgage Loan Backed Securitisation Programme
(“Programme”)) that 5 (five) End User Loan Claims to the value of ZAR14.3 million were replaced as a
result of these End User Loan Claims not meeting the Eligibility Criteria as per the Programme, during the
Period no other underlying assets were subject to a demand to repurchase or replace due to a breach of
the representations and warranties.
