Ms. Mokoka will be appointed as a member of, and chairperson of the Audit and Risk Committee effective 5 June 2019. Ms. Mokoka is a qualified Chartered Accountant (CA) SA with over 15 years of post-articles experience. She has sound public and private sector experience on various boards of companies, including Sanlam Limited, Sanlam Life Insurance Limited, Palabora Mining Proprietary Limited, Rolfes Holdings Limited, amongst others. Ms. Mokoka is also the Audit and Risk Chairperson for Palabora Mining Proprietary Limited and Rolfes Holdings Limited. RETIREMENT BY ROTATION FROM THE BOARD In accordance with paragraph 3.59(b) of the JSE Limited Listings Requirements, shareholders are hereby advised that Mr. Khayelihle Sibusiso Sithole (“Mr. Sithole”), an independent non- executive director of STADIO, has informed the Board that he will not make himself available on 5 June 2019 for re-election when his directorship comes up for rotation.
