NOTICE OF REDEMPTION BY THE ISSUER ON 18 APRIL 2019 OF EACH OF
THE CLASS A3 NOTES, THE CLASS A4 NOTES, THE CLASS B2 NOTES, THE
CLASS B3 NOTES, THE CLASS C2 NOTES, AND THE CLASS C3 NOTES ISSUED
BY THE ISSUER UNDER THE ZAR4,000,000,000 ASSET BACKED NOTE
PROGRAMME OF THE ISSUER


Notice is hereby given that, the Issuer shall, on 18 April 2019,
redeem the Outstanding Principal Amount under -

-    Class A3 Notes, issued by the Issuer on 18 April 2016 in
     an amount of ZAR455,000,000 under stock code AHF3A3 ("Class
     A3 Notes");

-    Class A4 Notes, issued by the Issuer on 18 April 2016 in
     an amount of ZAR455,000,000 under stock code AHF3A4 ("Class
     A4 Notes");

-    Class B2 Notes, issued by the Issuer on 18 April 2016 in
     an amount of ZAR22,000,000 under stock code AHF3B2 ("Class
     B2 Notes");

-    Class B3 Notes, issued by the Issuer on 18 April 2016 in
     an amount of ZAR22,000,000 under stock code AHF3B3 ("Class
     B3 Notes");

-    Class C2 Notes, issued by the Issuer on 18 April 2016 in
     an amount of ZAR23,000,000 under stock code AHF3C2 ("Class
     C2 Notes");

-    Class C3 Notes, issued by the Issuer on 18 April 2016 in
     an amount of ZAR23,000,000 under stock code AHF3C3 ("Class
     C3 Notes");


(collectively, the "Notes"), which Notes were issued under the
Issuer's   ZAR4,000,000,000   asset  backed   note   programme
established in terms of a programme memorandum dated on or about
23 April 2013,   as  amended   ("Programme   Memorandum").   The
Scheduled Maturity Date of each of the Class A3 Notes, the
Class A4 Notes, the Class B2 Notes, the Class B3 Notes, the
Class C2 Notes and the Class C3 Notes respectively, is
18 April 2019 and the Notes shall be redeemed on 18 April 2019.

Capitalised terms and expressions used in this notice, and not
otherwise defined herein, shall have the meanings assigned to
such terms and expressions in the Programme Memorandum.
