AVAILABILITY OF THE ANNUAL FINANCIAL STATEMENTS OF THE ISSUER AND THE GUARANTORS

Bondholders are advised that the annual financial statements for the 12 months ended 31 August
2018 (“the financial statements”) of the Issuer, the Parent Guarantor, enX Leasing Investments
Proprietary Limited, and fellow Subsidiary Guarantors (collectively “the Guarantors”) of the Issuer’s
Domestic Medium Term Note Programme, are available for inspection at the Issuer’s registered office.

Bondholders are further advised that the financial statements of the Issuer received an unqualified
audit report, with no modifications applicable, and are also available for inspection on the enX Group
Limited website at https://www.enxgroup.co.za/dmtn-programme/#1511859920490-4bdcaef5-
6e5d.

Bondholders are also advised that the audit reports on the financial statements of the Guarantors
were unqualified, with no modifications applicable.
