ACQUISITION OF ALL MAINLAND SHARES


Mainland has been informed by Dawn Commodity Trading Proprietary Limited ("Dawn Commodity") that it has
acquired 100% of the Mainland shares in issue. The company will engage with Dawn Commodity regarding its
investment in Mainland. A further announcement will be released on SENS and published on the website of 
the Stock Exchange of Mauritius Ltd ("SEM") in due course.

The company has a primary listing on the Official Market of the SEM and a secondary listing on the Alternative
Exchange of the JSE Limited.
