NOTIFICATION OF A CHANGE TO THE CREDIT RATING AGENCY OF THE PARENT GUARANTOR

Noteholders are advised that enX Leasing Investments Propriety Limited (the “Parent Guarantor”) has
removed Global Credit Rating Co Proprietary Limited (“GCR”) as a credit rating agency utilised by the
Parent Guarantor to determine an issuer rating, with effect from 5 December 2018.

The Parent Guarantor has decided to remove GCR as the costs of maintaining two public ratings at
different levels outweigh the benefits.

The Parent Guarantor wishes to confirm to noteholders that the credit rating of the Parent Guarantor
by S&P and the credit rating assigned by GCR exclusively to the ENX01S note will be maintained.
