Notice is hereby given that the 3 month JIBAR rate as at 4 December 2018 is 7.15% p.a.
("JIBAR").

Accordingly, the next interest payment, payable on 4 March 2019 (Following Business Day*), for
the period 4 December 2018 to 3 March 2019, will be calculated based on a rate of 8.1% p.a.
(95 bps over JIBAR).

* When the interest payment date falls on a non-business day, such interest payment will be paid
on the first business day after the weekend or public holiday.

Next reset date: 4 March 2019.
