Noteholders are advised that S&P Global Ratings (“S&P”) has, on 06 November 2018, released an
updated report in relation to the Issuer’s credit rating. S&P has affirmed the Issuer’s credit rating at
‘zaA-‘ and the rationale for this is included in the report.
