Changes to the Board
Steinhoff Investment Holdings Limited (the “Company”)

In accordance with paragraph 3.59(a) of the Listings Requirements of the JSE
Limited (“the JSE”), shareholders are advised that Alexandra Watson and Moira
Moses have been appointed as non-executive directors of the Company, and as
members of the Company’s Audit and Risk Committee, with effect from 29 October
2018.

They are both currently independent non-executive directors of Steinhoff
International Holdings NV and their detailed CV’s are available   on
http://www.steinhoffinternational.com/leadership.php.

The board of directors welcomes Alexandra and Moira and wishes them well in
their roles at the Company.

Shareholders and other investors in the Company are advised to exercise caution
when dealing in the securities of the Group.
