NOTICE OF AVAILABILITY OF INTERIM FINANCIAL STATEMENTS

Debt holders are hereby advised that the unaudited condensed consolidated interim results for the
six months ended 31 August 2018 (“Interim Results”) of Calgro M3 Holdings Limited (“Calgro M3”),
the holding company of Calgro M3 Developments Limited, have been released on SENS on 22 October
2018.
