CORRECTION ANNOUNCEMENT IN RELATION TO THE ABKI01 INTEREST AND CAPITAL PAYMENT NOTIFICATION

Further to the announcement released on Friday, 26 October 2018, in relation to the African
Bank interest and capital payment notifications (“Payment Announcement”), noteholders
are herewith advised that the following values were incorrectly recorded for ABKI01 in the
Payment Announcement and should be disregarded. The correct values are provided below:

Reference CPI:              108.48000
Interest amount due:        ZAR 24 050 067.79
Capital amount due:         ZAR 943 139 913.43
