CORRECTION ANNOUNCEMENT IN RELATION TO THE PARTIAL CAPITAL REDUCTION OF LISTED DEBT
SECURITIES AND INTEREST PAYMENT

Further to the announcement released on Monday, 8 October 2018, in relation to the partial capital
reduction and interest payment on the EQS05 note (“Reduction Announcement”), noteholders are herewith
advised that the following values were incorrectly recorded in the Reduction Announcement and should be
disregarded. The correct values are provided below:

Reduction Amount:                                            ZAR 45 366 667.00
Amount after Reduction:                                      ZAR 254 633 333.00
