The Company’s 2018 integrated annual review and the notice of the 30th annual general meeting to be held on 13
November 2018 contained in a separate booklet containing the Company’s summarised audited consolidated
financial statements for the year ended 30 June 2018, will have been posted to shareholders by the close of
business on Friday, 5 October 2018.

These documents will, by then, also be available on the Company’s website, at https://growthpoint.co.za/investor-
