  revised by Notice No 277 in Government Gazette No 21017 of 24 March 2000.

  APPOINTMENT OF COMPANY SECRETARY

  Adv. Wilma de Witt has been appointed Company Secretary of TCTA with effect from 2 October
  2018. The appointment follows the resignation of Adv. Nomsa Wabanie-Mazibuko in March 2018.
  Mr Wilbert Mhlanga acted as Company Secretary from 3 September to the appointment of Ms De
  Witt.

  Ms De Witt is a Chartered Secretary and holds a Master of Laws (LLM) in company law and
  insurance law from the University of South Africa. She is an admitted advocate of the High Court of
  South Africa with vast knowledge and experience in the legal and company secretarial fields.

  She has worked for entities in both the public and private sector since 1999, including eight years at
  the South African Nuclear Energy Corporation SOC Ltd, three years at De Beers and almost nine
  years at the South African Bureau of Standards.
