Airports Company South Africa’s appointment of Company Secretary
and new Board Members

Noteholders are hereby advised that Ms Fefekazi Sefara has been
appointed as Company Secretary of Airports Company South Africa on
1st July 2018.

Ms Dudu Hlwatshwayo has also been appointed as Non-Executive
