Index Change Advice – 20180925 Pembury Lifestyle Group Suspension Pembury Lifestyle Group (South Africa): Stock Suspension FTSE/JSE Africa Index Series 02 August 2018 Pembury Lifestyle Group (South Africa, ZAE000222949, BYPZKC9) was suspended from trading on the Johannesburg Stock Exchange on 02 May 2018 due to late submission of provisional financial statements for the year ended 31 December 2017 and it currently remains suspended pending the publication of this information. In conjunction with Section 6.5 Suspension of Dealing of the FTSE/JSE Africa Index Series Ground Rules, if the suspension period reaches 60 business days the constituent will be removed from the index at zero value at the next index review, subject to the 60th business day of suspension falling on or before the Friday four weeks prior to the index review implementation date. Therefore, Pembury Lifestyle Group is expected to be removed at zero value at the index review in September 2018, if it does not resume trading two weeks prior to the September review effective date (i.e. on or before 07 September 2018).
