NOTICE OF REDEMPTION BY THE ISSUER ON 21 AUGUST 2018 OF THE
CLASS A2 NOTES, THE CLASS A6 NOTES, THE CLASS A10 NOTES, THE
CLASS A14 NOTES AND THE CLASS A18 NOTES ISSUED BY THE ISSUER
UNDER THE ZAR4,000,000,000 ASSET BACKED NOTE PROGRAMME OF THE
ISSUER


Notice is hereby given that, the Issuer shall, on 21 August
2018, redeem the Outstanding Principal Amount under -

-    Class A2 Notes, issued by the Issuer on 28 August 2015 in
     an amount of ZAR90,000,000 under stock code TH13A2
     ("Class A2 Notes");

-    Class A6 Notes, issued by the Issuer on 4 December 2015
     in an amount of ZAR119,000,000 under stock code TH13A6
     ("Class A6 Notes");

-    Class A10 Notes, issued by the Issuer on 16 March 2016 in
     an amount of ZAR 295,000,000 under stock code T13A10
     ("Class A10 Notes");

-    Class A14 Notes, issued by the Issuer on 23 May 2016 in
     an amount of ZAR64,000,000 under stock code T13A14
     ("Class A14 Notes");

-    Class A18 Notes, issued by the Issuer on 27 July 2016 in
     an amount of ZAR340,000,000 under stock code T13A18
     ("Class A18 Notes"),


(collectively, the "Notes"), which Notes were issued under the
Issuer's   ZAR4,000,000,000   asset  backed   note   programme
established in terms of a programme memorandum dated on or
about 25 August 2015 ("Programme Memorandum"). The Coupon
Step-Up Date of each of the Class A2 Notes, the Class A6
Notes, the Class A10 Notes, the Class A14 Notes and the
Class A18 Notes respectively, is 21 August 2018 and the Notes
shall be redeemed on 21 August 2018.


Capitalised terms and expressions used in this notice, and not
otherwise defined herein, shall have the meanings assigned to
such terms and expressions in the Programme Memorandum.
