PIC Indirect Holding of Equity in CPV1

CPV Power Plant No 1 Bond SPV (RF) Ltd wishes to inform bondholders
that on 29 June 2018, the Preference Shares held by the Government
Employees Pension Fund represented by the Public Investment
Corporation SOC Ltd (together, the “PIC”) converted to ordinary
equity, such that Soitec Solar GmbH now indirectly holds 20% of the
ordinary equity in CPV Power Plant No 1 (RF) Pty Ltd (“CPV1”)
(previously 60%) and the PIC now indirectly holds 40% of the ordinary
equity in CPV1 (previously 0%).
