NOTICE OF ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING
                                            
Notice is hereby given that the Company’s 38th annual general meeting of shareholders (“Annual
General Meeting”) will be held at the Company’s registered offices, 405 Voortrekker Road, Parow,
Cape Town on Friday, 17 August 2018 at 09:00, to transact the business as stated in the notice of
Annual General Meeting of the Company, which has been distributed to shareholders, today, Friday,
29 June 2018.

NO CHANGE STATEMENT

Shareholders are advised that the full Integrated Annual Report, including the annual financial
statements for the year ended 31 March 2018 (“Annual Financial Statements”), is available on the
Company’s website at www.transhex.co.za from today. The Annual Financial Statements and the
auditor’s report thereon contain no modifications to the audited results released on SENS on
Thursday, 21 June 2018.
