The management board of Globe Trade Centre Spólka Akcyjna (the “Company”) announces the receipt
of Statement No. 408/2018 of the management board of Krajowy Depozyt Papierów Wartosciowych
S.A. (the “KDPW”) dated 28 June 2018 (the “Statement”) regarding the conclusion with the Company
of an agreement on the registration of 13,233,492 (thirteen million, two hundred and thirty-three
thousand, four hundred and ninety-two) rights to the series M ordinary bearer shares in the Company
(prawa do akcji), each with a nominal value of PLN 0.10 (ten groszy) (the “Rights to Shares”). The
Rights to the Shares have been marked with the code ISIN PLGTC0000284. The date of registration of
the Rights to Shares has been set for 29 June 2018.
